We're a tiny operation. If something isn't working, write us a short note and we'll get back to you within a couple of days. Below are the answers to the questions we get most often.

Email victorray82@gmail.com. We try to read every message. Include your account email and a screen recording or screenshot if you can. it helps us reproduce the bug without a lot of back-and-forth.
Common questions
How do I reset my password?
From the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password.” We send a reset link to the email on file. If the link doesn't arrive, check your spam folder; if it still isn't there, email us and we'll reset it for you.
How do I change my reading level?
Open Settings (tap your name in the top right), and under Reading level pick a new level. The library and assessments adjust to your pick immediately.
Where did my bookmark go?
We save your spot automatically as you read. If you open a book and land at the wrong page, hit Chapters in the Reader header to jump back. If you think we lost your spot entirely, email us with the book title. we keep a log and can usually recover it.
Can I read offline?
Not yet on the web. We're working on it. The native iOS app on our roadmap will support offline reading.
Can I add my own books?
Not yet. The catalog is curated from Project Gutenberg today. We may open user-uploaded ePubs in the future once we work out the rights story for non-public-domain content.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. This is permanent and removes your reading history, vocabulary, and progress. If you only want to clear your stats but keep your account, use Reset progress instead.
